These Terms of Use govern the purchase of products and the use of the website www.novilab.eu, operated by:

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Contract Conclusion

A purchase agreement is concluded when the customer:

  • fills out the order form in the shopping cart,
  • selects a payment method, and
  • clicks the Confirm Order button.

The customer is then redirected to the payment page (for online payments) or receives payment instructions via email (for bank transfer).

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card

All payments are processed in EUR (€).

3. Delivery

We deliver within the European Union using DHL services:

  • Express shipping by courier: €10

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

4. Order Cancellation and Returns

  • Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Returned products must be sent to our company address (see above).
  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • For hygienic reasons, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned.

5. Complaints and Warranty

  • Customers may submit complaints via the contact form on our website or directly via email or phone.
  • We provide the standard statutory warranty in accordance with Slovak law.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • The information provided on this website and in connection with our dietary supplements is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before using dietary supplements.
  • All website content (texts, product descriptions, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
  • Customers are entitled to seek out-of-court dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, SOI).

8. Final Provisions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
