Order processing: Orders are usually processed and dispatched on the next business day after payment is received.
Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number to follow their shipment.
Returns
- You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For hygienic reasons, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Before returning any product, please contact our support team via email or contact form.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Exchanges

Damaged or Wrong Items
